Converse Gift Card orders are not eligible for free shipping, but Converse E-Cards are a good option if you are running late.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. All orders ships via UPS, except APO / FPO shipments which are delivered by USPS. If you are registered at www.converse.com you can obtain status updates by selecting the “Order Status” button at the top right corner of converse.com.

Converse.com can help you determine which product you would like for your event or promotion and offers discount programs.

05. May I get my package shipped without the invoice or include a gift receipt?

06. How do I return something?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.

07. How do I ship my return back?
- Drop off at any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or Location that accepts UPS packages for shipment; UPS Store, UPS Customer Center, UPS Express Locations, UPS Alliance Locations.
- Drop it off at a UPS Drop Box (the maximum acceptable size is 16” x 13” x 3”; the maximum value is $500.00)
- Give the package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery.

08. If I return all the items in my order will I still be charged for delivery?
Yes, if you are not a Converse.com registered user or exchanging product you will be charged for the original delivery and the return delivery.
Converse.com registered users get free returns. To create a new user account click the following link to Sign Up.
Returns and exchanges for products NOT purchased through Converse.com should be processed directly through that retailer. We only accept returns for purchases made through Converse.com.

09. How do I return a product that I did not buy on Converse.com?
We can only accept returns for purchases made through Converse.com. If you are not satisfied with the Converse product you purchased from one of our Retail Stores or Authorized Retail Partners we suggest you initially contact them directly to request to return or exchange the product.
If you are having difficulty after this attempt, you can contact the Converse Consumer group directly at consumergrp@converse.com
Please provide your full name and contact info, as much detail as possible about the product, your concern and any documentation (sales/email receipt) you have about the original purchase. Our Consumer Group will try to address your concern. Due to the large volume of general correspondence received by Converse, a response cannot be guaranteed for inquiries not related to product orders.

12. How do I wash my Converse sneakers?
Caution: When attempting to clean your Converse Sneakers please test the cleaning process on a section of the sneaker which is not visible, such as the outer edges of the tongue. This is to ensure that the mild soap used does not effect the color or material.
Canvas: Using a damp cloth, rub gently with lukewarm water and mild soap. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY.
Leather/Synthetic: Using a damp cloth, rub gently with lukewarm water and mild soap. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY.
Suede: Brush away dirt with a suede brush, when dry. DO NOT USE WATER. DO NOT MACHINE DRY.
Drying: Dry at room temperature, stuff with paper to help maintain their shape. Change paper occasionally throughout drying process. To prolong the life, Do Not Apply Direct Heat.
