CONVERSE X FOR FREEDOMS
We partnered with For Freedoms, an artist collective that centers the creative power and impact of artists, to launch a grassroots initiative in LA that spotlights Black femme artists—Hear Her Here.
Through Hear Her Here, we'll celebrate the voices of local Black femme creatives and give them space for their stories to be told. From salons and public activations, to murals in historically Black LA neighborhoods. We'll come together to listen, learn, and re-imagine.
As part of our collaborative programming series with For Freedoms, we're spotlighting three Black femme artists who created murals in historically Black LA neighborhoods. See their work and learn more about their connections to LA.
