These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Promotion.

The instructions on how you can redeem this Promotion are included in the communication to you notifying you of the Promotion (for example, in an email to you or through our other marketing channels). Promotions are only valid for a limited period of time specified in the communication to you and they cannot be redeemed outside that time period.

If you are new to CONVERSE, you agree to these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms of use, and acknowledge CONVERSE's privacy policy before you can redeem your Promotion.

This Promotion will apply automatically when completing the order of the CONVERSE product during the online checkout process. This Promotion cannot be applied to previously placed orders of CONVERSE product. This Promotion is only redeemable online at CONVERSE.com.

This Promotion is not valid for Custom styles. Additional exclusions apply and will be clearly messaged on the product page.

This Promotion may not be used in combination with any other discount coupons, promo codes or special offers. The Promotion has no cash value and no cash or credit alternative will be offered for it.

If you return any CONVERSE products purchased during the Promotion, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for that returned item. You will need to provide CONVERSE with a receipt of the transaction, and the receipts from any subsequent returns, in order to receive a cash refund.

All orders of CONVERSE product during the promotion are subject to availability of that CONVERSE product.

Improper use of this Promotion by you, including but not limited to its publication or sale by you, is prohibited and it shall constitute a violation of these Promotion Terms and Conditions and entitle us to stop you using or benefiting from any Promotion.

To the extent permissible by law, CONVERSE shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of your Promotion.

CONVERSE reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend Promotions at any time, on reasonable written notice to you. However, if there are serious grounds for CONVERSE to do so, then CONVERSE may withdraw or amend the Promotion without notice to you if it has a valid reason (e.g. in the case of widespread fraud or illegal activity).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Netherlands. However, these Terms and Conditions will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country/region of residence and if you do not live in the Netherlands, you will be able to bring a claim in the courts of your country/region of residence under the applicable laws of your country/region of residence.
