These are the first pair of platform shoes I’ve worn and I really love them! The sole is bouncy and squishy and that’s so nice to walk on. They look good with anything - leggings, wide pants, jeans, sweats. I haven’t worn Chuck Taylors since high school so I don’t have anything recent to compare them to but the fabric feels really durable and soft (better than I remember from the early 2000s!) and the shoes are very well made. They’re on the narrow side - I can feel it in my pinky toe if I wear them for a long time - so I don’t wear them when I’m going to do a ton of walking. But they’re great for regular outings! My feet have grown postpartum and I usually wear a size 7 now, though I’m not always sure that’s the right size. I got these in a 7.5 and they fit well - I wouldn’t want them smaller or bigger. These high tops are so fun and make any outfit look better! I know I’m going to wear them a lot!

All Star Double Stack Shoes

These shoes are very unique and will definitely stand out in a crowd. I love the bold choice of the double stack shoe, but I didn’t love the lifted toe. If it was a straight/flat sole all the way to the toe section I would have liked this shoe a lot more. The shoes are very comfy, but hard to walk in since the toe is lifted, it makes you walk with a slight roll with each step. I loved the white sneaker with the high top. It’s very sleek looking and can be paired with so many outfits. This is a very high quality shoe, and I like that Converse is working to create new takes on the original high top style. This is so close to perfection! If it had a slightly smaller sole and the toe wasn’t lifted, this would be a must purchase. However, if you are looking for a new, unique version of the original chuck taylor, this might be your shoe!
