*- All postcodes starting with BT, HS, IV, KW, ZE, and all postcodes in the range of KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25 have a standard shipping rate of £15.
- We are currently not delivering to postal codes that start with: FI, GX, GY, IM, JE.
- Delivery to PO boxes is not available.
- Longer delivery times apply for remote locations.

You will not need to pay import duties on online purchases from Converse.com.

How can I track my order?

The track and trace link will become active once your parcel arrives at the depot in the UK.

Where can I ship my order to?

You can place your Converse order with both billing and shipping address within the same country. Available countries are listed in the below chart.

For example, if you're ordering to UK, make sure you are using the UK site.
