CONVERSE PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Converse Netherlands, B.V. with at registered address at Colosseum 1, 1213 NL Hilversum, Netherlands, referred to in these Promotion Terms and Conditions as "Converse", is responsible for this Promotion.
2) These Promotion Terms and Conditions govern this Promotion.
3) The instructions on how you can benefit from this Promotion are included in the communication to you notifying you of this Promotion (for example, in an email to you or in our other marketing channels). This Promotion is only valid for a limited period of time specified in the communication to you and cannot be used outside that time period.
4) These Promotion Terms and Conditions are additional to the Converse Terms of Sale that will also apply to your purchase and use of any Converse products. You can navigate to the footer at the bottom of this page to access Converse’s Terms of Sale.
5) This Promotion is only redeemable online on Converse.com accessible from your place of residence, or in the countries expressly indicated in the "Eligibility" section of the specific T&Cs. This Promotion automatically applies at checkout. This Promotion cannot be applied to previously placed orders of Converse products.
6) This Promotion is not valid on excluded products included in the "Eligibility" section of these Promo Terms and Conditions.
7) Where specified, a Promotion may be used for more than one order of Converse product up to the maximum purchase price provided under that Promotion.
8) If you return any Converse products purchased under a Promotion on Converse.com and/or the Converse App, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for that returned item to your original form of payment. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item(s) at the time of the transaction (the discounted price of such item). The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the Promotion is multi-use and if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return, you may place a new order using the Promotion. Single-use Promotions which have already been applied cannot be benefited from again for a new purchase even if the first purchase is returned.
You will need to provide Converse with a receipt of the transaction, proof of payment or invoice of your digital order, and the receipts from any subsequent returns of the transaction in order to receive a refund to your original method of payment.

9) All orders of Converse products placed using a Promotion are subject to the availability of that Converse product.
10)To the extent permissible by law, Converse shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of your Promotion.
11) If there are serious grounds beyond Converse´s control, Converse may withdraw or amend the Promotion if it has a valid reason (e.g., in the case of widespread fraud or illegal activity). This section will not apply to a Promotion that has already been applied.

14) These Promotion Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Netherlands. However, these Promotion Terms and Conditions will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence and if you do not live in the Netherlands, you will be able to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence under the applicable laws of your country of residence.
